The point of emphasis in this was on the business sectors of industry-specific software development and integration (industrial production & supply chain, trade, banks, finance, data processing centres) and military telecommunications engineering (radio, telecommunication, variable mobile networks).
The foundation for this, in terms of know-how, comes from higher-education studies in the realm of military leadership, telecommunications technology, and economic science.
