More are using Video Interviews
There was a recent study published by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), indicating that companies that conduct video employment interviews rose 14 percent from one year ago. 63 percent said their company often conducts employment interviews via video. Additionally, 13 percent of respondents think their organization will use video more frequently to meet with applicants in the next three years. Clearly, using video technology is becoming more and more of a necessity in our business.
